Tutts Clump/Rotten Row
A cherished hamlet, considered to be one of the best in West Berkshire, situated on the southern edge of the picturesque Pang Valley. Tutts Clump/Rotten Row lies about a mile southeast of Stanford Dingley close to the neighbouring villages of Bradfield and Bradfield Southend. Legend has it that the name of the village of Tutts Clump is derived from an English Civil War General. There is something undeniably special about this area which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), ideal for walking, cycling and riding pursuits. There is a good selection of local amenities and schools (both private and state) within the vicinity including Bradfield College with leisure and tennis complex and shop with Post Office in nearby Bradfield Southend.

Hillside Cottage
This charming detached cottage is believed to date back to the mid 19th century. The current owners acquired the property some 35 years ago and in that time they have made many improvements to a high standard including significant and sympathetic extension and modernisation. The cottage is most attractive with painted brick elevations under pitched clay tile roof and stands in a delightful secluded plot of about one third of an acre situated in unique tranquil elevated location with unrivalled views over the Pang Valley. The cottage is not listed and now offers immaculately presented family sized accommodation with fine views from many of the rooms.
