Paul Bampton

Managing Director

Having acquired Neville Turner in 2011, our Managing Director Paul is very hands on with the day to day running of our business and has gained a comprehensive range of knowledge and experience since 1997. Paul thrives on driving the business forward and maintaining the highest levels of professional care and attention to all past, present and future clients. Over the years Paul has sponsored local events and supported many schools as he feels strongly about contributing to our local community. Devoted father of four children, Paul still finds the time to swim, bike and run having completed several endurance events such as marathons, Ironman triathlons and has successfully completed a two way channel swim relay (England to France and back!) Over the years he has raised a substantial amount of money for charities such as Macmillan, Sue Ryder and many more.

 



Darron Stone

Manager

Darron has been in Residential Agency for over 29 years, the vast majority of his career having being spent in Pangbourne and Newbury and this, coupled with the fact that he lives in the Bucklebury area has made him extremely conversant with the local market and in particular the villages between Pangbourne and Newbury, otherwise known as the Pang Valley. He prides himself on providing clients with good old fashioned service together with sound, honest advice. His philosophy is that if you do a good job for someone, then the rest will follow.

 



Barbara Legg

Sales Negotiator/Administrator

Barbara is an extremely valued member of the team and has become particularly adept with dealing with the village and country market since joining the team. She has developed her strong interest in sales and marketing having worked overseas in the Middle East within the corporate sector for a number of years. Her passion for interior design and customer relationship is an ideal accompaniment to her role. Barbara manages the sales progression and tries to ensure that the individual sales follow through to a stress free completion.

 



Jane Webb

Sales Negotiator

Jane first started working within the property industry some 18 years ago, having previously been involved in the hospitality and leisure sector. She has been here at Neville Turner since 2012 and is a highly valued member of staff who prides herself on attention to detail and traditional values and ethics.

 



Nicole Knight

Lettings Manager

Nicole emanates from a legal background and has been involved in the property industry since 2008. She has gained a considerable amount of knowledge and understanding as to the local lettings market as well as the complex compliance/ legislative process associated with administering a tenancy, ensuring both landlords and tenants are fully protected. Nicole is involved with all aspects of the lettings department from pre-tenancy to property management including accounts.

 



Sophie Timms

Lettings Administration

Embarking on her career in property with Neville Turner, Sophie is the newest addition to our ever growing Lettings Department. From a sales background she has the natural ability to look after our clients as she walks them through the process of renting one of our many properties. In the past she has sold cars & advertising and this experience has given her an indepth knowledge of marketing which she applies to her role at Neville Turner by maintaining our social media platforms and websites. In her spare time she is keen on keeping fit at the gym or running and writing books with her third publication being a work in progress.
